Understanding the effects of our actions empowers us to make changes, to be good to ourselves!
My aim is to make long established knowledge relevant to your life today, to provide you with guidance in daily living that keeps you well. In Ayurveda there is a focus on diet and nutrition, daily and seasonal routines.
An Ayurvedic consultation will clarify your individual constitution and current state of health. You may choose to focus on a particular condition or complaint, or to use ayurvedic knowledge to maintain balance and prevent disease. The information you receive will support you in deciding when and how to make positive changes.
